Why choosing package over single service?
Each package is packed with added value, allowing you to save between 20% and 40%, depending on the package you choose.
Whats your turnaround time?
We do our best to deliver photos, 3D tours, and 2D floor plans within 24 hours. But you can certainly expect next day by end of the day. Videos and 3D floor plans require additional processing time, with a standard turnaround of up to 2-3 days.
How do I book a service?
You are always welcome to call/text us directly but we prefer you to book online for more added value and discounts to you. Book Here
What your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. You also have the option to reschedule your appointment. A fee of $150 will be charged for no-shows or if the property is not ready at the scheduled time.
What Payment do you accept?
We Accept all Credit/Debit Card payments. Cash App, check or Zelle works as well.
Any Past Due Fees?
We give 5-7 days Grace Period for an unpaid invoice. However you will be charged $35/week for each additional unpaid week after that.
