HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL PHOTO SHOOT LAST?
The photo shoot can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the specific package and services ordered.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A PHOTO SESSION?
Our standard lead time is 1-2 days before a photo session.
However, depending on our schedule, we may offer a same-day session. Please call us If you want an urgent service. Will depends if we are in the area to cover that property.
HOW SOON AFTER THE SHOOT CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE RESULTS?
We offer next day turnaround time on our Photography Packages. We also offer same day turnaround for our photography services.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Venmo, cash app and direct deposits.
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS FOR PAYMENT?
You can prebook/schedule on our website without payment. We will send an invoice directly to your email after you receive photos. We give you 7 days to pay amount.
PAST DUE INVOCE
Please Note: If you received an invoice, Please pay on or before the due date. Invoice that wasn't paid on the due date will get a reminder of a past due.
If invoice wasn't paid in 2 weeks we will charge $35
If invoice wasn't paid in 4 weeks we will charge $50
WILL I BE ABLE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A PHOTO SHOOT?
We require at least 12 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
100% Refund
You notified us within 12 hours before the shoot and don't want to reschedule for later.
$50 Charge
You did not give us at least few hours notice on cancelation.
$75 or 35% Charge
(whichever is greater)
If we were unable to proceed with a scheduled photo shoot as a result of you not showing up or your property not being ready.
WHAT IS YOUR COVERAGE AREA?
Northwest Washington. Please check booking page for specific counties. If you don't see county coverage in the booking section please contact us. We might be able to cover depends on our availability in that area.
CAN I PROVIDE YOU THE PROPERTY KEY OR LOCK BOX NUMBER?
Yes. But please make sure to provide clear instructions. So we would be able to access it.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET?
We typically get 25-30 photos of homes that are 1500 sqf or less. Homes that are larger, will have at least 40-50 photos.
